Can I try this out before I pay?
Yes. Create and test our trackable dynamic QR Codes, trackable links and see what kind of data comes to life in our analytics and performance dashboards with our free account. To understand how implementations that involve deeper integrations, it is recommended to connect for a demo and consultation.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yup! We are here to make this work for both of us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us by emailing [email protected] or using the onsite chat to request a cancelation before your next billing period.
Can I suggest features? Do I get free updates?
Yes. We love to collaborate to make this more useful and better for everyone. You can suggest features at anytime via our contact page. We will always make sure our existing customers are taken care of, by either creating grandfathered access and/or reduced cost for newly launched features beyond current capabilities of your existing plan.
Is there an API available?
Autonix was built as an API service. Everything our UI does pulls from our own API, which can be made available to you! Zapier integrations are available to customers on our GO:BEYOND tier. API Integrations are available to our enterprise customers.
Do you provide support?
Absolutely. It is in both of our best interest (and your customers) for this to work. We offer support via chat during normal business hours as well as email support here. Phone support is available to Enterprise customers.
Can I export the data?
Yes! Autonix was built knowing we would be best utilized in conjunction with other systems. Our simplest form of data export is, collected data that belongs to you is available for export via CSV. The next option is our Zapier integration which gives you access to real-time scan data via polling. Lastly we offer a full API available as well as custom integrations on a per case basis. What else can I do with the data?
Once implemented, Autonix as a service provides you access to information about all of the people scanning your trackable dynamic QR Codes and clicking your Autonix trackable links. Utilize this information for things like knowing who is in attendance, where people are visiting from, optimizing staffing requirements, or creating unique marketing opportunities utilizing email and phone data such as rewarding repeat visits.
