Can I try this out before I implement?

Yes. Our essentials plan offers the core features of Autonix including the ability to manage and analyze multiple check-ins and allow up to 5,000 check-ins in any given month.

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yup! We are here to make this work for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied before the sooner of your first one-thousand check-ins, or fourteen days after your first billing, we offer a no questions asked money back guarantee.

Can I suggest features? Do I get free updates?

Yes. We love to collaborate to make this more useful and better for everyone. You can suggest features at anytime via our contact page. We will always make sure our existing customers are taken care of, by either creating grandfathered access and/or reduced cost for newly launched features beyond current capabilities of your existing plan.

Is there an API available?

There is a raw API available for direct integration for customers on paid plans.

Is this easy to setup?

Yes. Autonix was built to be quick and easy to implement. You can decide how involved you want you and your visitors to be with it once it is setup. To be up and running in minutes, simply create a new location and share one of several check-in methods such as QR code, SMS, or web URL.

Do you provide support?

Absolutely. It is in both of our best interest (and your customers) for this to work. We offer support via chat during normal business hours as well as email support here.

Can I export the data?

Yup! At any given time you can filter your visitors through a variety of helpful tools and export a CSV of Visits to a certain location/event or all of your Visitors at once. Paid customers also have the ability to access the API and our Zapier integration. We offer a Zapier integration which allows you to integrate with thousands of other channels. Some examples are pipe visit information directly to Slack, create mailing lists using Mailchimp or Klaviyo, or feed hubspot or even a Google Sheet with visit information.

What else can I do with the data?

Once implemented, Autonix as a service provides you access to information about all of the people coming and going from a location or event. Utilize this information for things like knowing who is in attendance, optimizing staffing requirements, or creating unique marketing opportunities utilizing email and phone data such as rewarding repeat visits.
